“Staff very nice and helpful at all times. Hotel has direct beach access which is awesome! The sunsets are magnificient and can per seen from either the little pontoon at the beach or the beach bar roof terrace.”

“We arrived and there was a little bump in the booking but we managed to fix it. And after that it was just perfect. The staff was perfect and especially Kaya -the all around boy in the reception- was so good. He will be a good manager one day. The hotel has all inclusive which I did not know was in my booking. And normally it is awful but I must say: the food was really good and it was clean in the area. Good choice of drinking etc. and again: very nice staff. We downgraded us from a room……

“The location was very near a very fine beach; the facilities were well maintained and clean. The Spa was great and the food was exceptional. You could not ask for a better, more attentive staff. No problems except the "all inclusive" was "available" but was in fact a B&B at the advertised rate. The cost of upgrading was cheap for what you received.”

He was a total life saver in putting in the extra effort to help find me accommodations and saving my trip that created memories that will last a life time. I’d also like to thank the staff at the Green Bar during the Animations. They were always upbeat and quick to keep your glasses filled. ”
