"Wow, that was my initial reaction seeing my room for the first time. This was my first time experiencing an eco-friendly room, it was different but cuts down on energy waste. The room is spacious and had all my needs. Parking can fill up quickly, but I always had a parking space. The restaurant downstairs Ora Bistro did not disappoint. I was impressed with the menu and the food was great! I would definitely stay here again if I go back to New Zealand. "

"Have stayed here before which is how we landed here again! LOVE the shower pressure, the comfy beds and the washer and drier combo. Went home with clean dry clothes. Best thing was the wahine who checked me in. She was awesome. Warm approachable and kind."

Find that the mirror in the bathroom and the vanity bench depth makes it very difficult to apply makeup(woman’s prospective) designed by a male? Bed was luxurious! So comfy. Nice to have complimentary water bottles. Food and beverage very very expensive! Explains why Taco Bell and MacDonalds are across the road! Breakfast buffet very nice and catered for asians which was nice touch. Noted only 2 wait staff working...

"We were taken aback by how large the villa was - The living/bedroom was massive, and the bathroom area was the size of a living room. I would recommend Formosa for couples wanting to get married. The size of the villa is more than sufficient to accommodate a wedding crew (make up artist, hair stylist, etc). The only downside for me was the insects - Being next to the golf course, you will see insects. We saw many mosquitoes during our stay there. If you don't like insects, I would recommend...
