“I had an amazing stay—check-in was incredibly fast, and the reception was so warm and welcoming. They even offered me a free early check-in and upgraded me to a riverfront tent. The food was excellent, the staff was incredibly friendly, and my room was cleaned twice daily. Shila at reception was especially kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. “Facilities were fantastic, with hot water and flushing toilets. The only negative were the day staff who did not seem very friendly. I put this down to us getting off on the wrong foot, so was glad we were only staying here for two nights.
The guy from our previous day -Safari drive was waiting for us at check out -with the day staff- ( all men ) stating we owed him an extra 10 Dollars, but we showed him the exchange rate and offered him the correct amount of one dollar- which he refused. Thus……
