"Very impressive hotel. I could look at the dining room ceiling for a long time and never stop wondering how it was constructed. Slightly hidden away from the front with an anonymous facade with a generous car park around the back that’s east to miss, the hotel is an oasis within a fairly bland industrial city. The reception area is generous and well appointed with friendly staff, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast provides a great excuse to outstay your welcome. "

"Excellent hotel. Executive room was very spacious. Only down side was room was very hot and as the air conditioning is centrally controlled I could not reduce the temperature. This meant a few sleepless nights. It changes next week I’m told. I do not think this is acceptable. The room temperature should be controlled independently. "I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the noise. The location is great, the staff was friendly, the room spacious, comfortable and clean. The windows were excellent for blocking street noise, that wasn’t the issue. It’s the hallway and other rooms that are the issue. It didn’t help that there were some truly loud guests while we were there. Would still recommend as I did love the room."

Good quality food in the club house from a small menu. Restaurant was very nice and good but small menu. Prices are much higher than semilar places I styayed. (too high) The golf course is well designed and has potential to become good but needs serious maintenance! (not worth the greenfee as it is now!)"
