“Decent property overall, with excellent breakfast and dinner menus in the Citrus restaurant. Very courteous staff at the restaurant including Mr Virender and Mr Negi, and equally brilliant housekeeping. However, the staff at the front desk is a big let-down as they are mostly clueless about anything to do around the hotel or have to call in someone higher up all the time. Also could do with some smiles on their faces. An even bigger issue is they don't provide any meals or even a basic blanket……

“Terrible stay . Very poor service . some staffs are very rude . They called us around 10 am and told us to vacant the room at 11 am . When I asked them but your time of check out is 12 pm then how can you ask for check out. How can you talk to your guest like that then they told me we have 11 am check out rule. I show them Hotels.com app but here it’s reflecting 12 pm and I ask for one hour extension for check out then after lot of argument they allow us for two rooms instead of four rooms……

“There was no internet connectivity WIFI is not available also there is no cellular coverage. Hotel does not provide overnight stay facilities for taxi drivers.”

“Well to be hobest we were quite happy while checking in given how beautiful the resort was but had a mixed experience during our stay. The Corbett area is full of resorts and this one is about 20km from the main gates, so be aware of that while booking. The hotel missed daily housekeeping but got it done within 10 minutes of complaining. The food options are limited and room service is dead post 10, so stick to the buffet options perhaps. The rooms are large and quite standard with nothing out……

“The room was large but musty and could do with a deep clean. Staff were very helpful, food was very good. The location is near to the entrance gate for Jim Corbett and has some good food places in nearby dhukuli. Everything was fine but thr room let the venue down.”
