“Rude staff, not accommodating. Room service is awful. NOISY hotel. Next to the lift, so can hear it every ten seconds. They had drilling going on till 2am - the mirror in bathroom was shaking with the drilling. The cleaner knocked on the door at 8am when checkout is 12\. Crappy sleep, old dated room. Tv volume goes up and down on its own. Sink right infront on toilet. No space. Waste of a night. They need to upgrade their rooms. Worst hotel experience.”

“I booked a twin room for 2 persons and only 1 bottle of complimentary water was given. I requested for 1 more bottle but the staffs said the rules did not allow. The room rate is more expensive for 2 persons per room than for 1 person per room, so it did not make sense. A bottle of water does not cost much compared to the room rate they charged. The other bad impression the hotel left is the rude staff who gave out towels at the swimming pools. I went to the pool in the early morning on the day……

“Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating despite it coming towards end of season, room was spacious but could have been cleaner. The shower was amazing, great water pressure. Air con was loud but worked well. Loved the balcony and views of the sea, but the beach wasn’t very nice so we stuck to the pool, which was huge (and cold) but closed early.
