“We stayed here for four nights and were very satisfied. The location is great. Restaurants, the main street, and the beach are all within easy walking distance. We were able to enjoy the sunset right from the beach.
Breakfast was delicious. The staff and the manager were all very friendly, courteous, and attentive.
The only downside is the rather uncomfortable bed.
Overall, we can definitely recommend the hotel and would come back anytime.”

“This hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay in Montezuma. The breakfast was very good and the staff were extremely friendly. We even got an upgrade from a regular room to a balcony and they let us check in a few hours early because the room was ready. Hotel was clean and quiet. We saw a ton of wildlife right outside of our room… monkeys, iguanas, squirrels and a ton of unique birds. I recommend reading all the reviews to get a full and balanced picture of the place.
We stayed at MarAmar Bungalows for 7 nights with our family (2 adults and 3 kids), and overall we had a wonderful experience.
The location is excellent — close to the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants and spots. The bungalow size was perfect for a family, spacious and comfortable, and suited us very well throughout the stay.
