“I am sad I only had a night here because I thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality from the front desk to the bar and restaurant staff. Accommodating, warm and friendly. I’ll definitely be booking to come next year.. or sooner.”

“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We initially received two single beds instead of the double we booked (this was corrected after we complained), but our room was located directly next to the outdoor smoking area, so cigarette smoke constantly drifted into our room and balcony despite requesting a non-smoking room. The bathroom was really dirty on arrival and had a strong drain smell. Although it was cleaned that evening after we reported it, it should have been properly cleaned before……

“We had a lovely stay at Mareblue Hotel Corfu. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the manager in particular was always smiling, cheerful, and happy to assist, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. We do have a few suggestions that could make the experience even better. In the rooms, the tea selection only included regular tea, so it would be nice to have a few herbal tea options available as well. The rooms……

“This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. It’s very tired and in need of a lot of investment. Our room was very spacious though we did book a duplex room and was very basic. Bathroom was reasonable but was in need of some repair works to tiling, door frames and even plumbing works as the toilet took around half a dozen flushes to clear and the shower can take up to 20 mins to push through any hot water. Clean bedding replaced regularly but don’t expect a thorough clean of your room, have a quick look……

“This is a lovely hotel run by a fantastic team who go above and beyond to make your stay very special. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful sea view across to the mainland. Breakfast was lovely with a great choice of freshly prepared food and drink. We had a hire car, but there are bus stops outside the hotel, taking you to Corfu town or down the coast to Benitses for a good range of restaurants. This is a great hotel with a level of service……
