"I would give zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service. Had medical emergency and refused to help me with transferring reservation to someone else or offering any sort of refund or credit. Refused to let me speak to a manager after requesting one multiple times. Said they would honor whatever Expedia agreed to and when Expedia called, they refused to do what they said they would do. I have this in writing! I’ve never dealt with some incompetent and I compassionate people on my life. I’ll be disputing charge with my credit card. Will NEVER book a Kasa property again. Oh and the welcome letter from the “manager” is from a guy who was laid off weeks ago according to his LinkedIn. I could go on but I won’t."

"The staff at this Drury was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing and so was the food at the evening snack time. This hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of Broadway where all of the Country Stars bars are located. My daughter was celebrating her 21st birthday and they were very accomodating even giving her a gift bag that contained snacks, candy, a bottle of water and a small bottle of wine - very thoughtful! I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again."
