Beautiful hotel! The pool area was great but not enough lounge chairs for the amount of people that go at once. Also the bar closes way too early at the pool.

We were given a room that already had people in it when we walked in. Elevators were filthy with spilled beer and blunts on the floor. New room curtain were broken tv was difficult to work for all 4 of us to the point we had to call someone about it. Bathroom floors were dirty and had to call housekeeping. Beds were comfortable staff was nice and views were awesome. Pool was fun but no music and not able to order drinks. We were told we have to go downstairs to get a drink. Good location near everything downtown

Our ONLY complaint is that the music played at the pool area is awful. We are in Nashville, why not play country? But it was a beautiful place and customer service was great!!
