Worst customer service we have ever experienced. We also couldn't use the pool because it was at its capacity all 3 days we were there. We will never stay at this hotel again and will be sure to let others know to stay elsewhere.

Very convenient .75 mile walk to Centennial Park and just a 1.5 mile hike to the bar scene along Broadway with many different places to eat in between. Our room overlooked a hospital and a large building under construction at the time of this post so not the best view of the city but hopefully, that won't be an issue for the hotel for long. There are daily $20 amenity fees plus tax and you need reservations to enjoy the pool ($25 fee/person) so just be aware of these things up front. The staff was very polite and helpful. We loved the coffee in the lobby... at least the water was free. Will consider this hotel the next time we are in town but might check for something nearby with a better view of the town.

Way too many up charges…$25 per person to use the pool the size of a hot tub, closed 2 days for maintenance, $20 per day amenity fee…what amenities? $50 valet fee, minimum $5 tip. Critters was closed out entire stay. It was super cute and kitschy, but not worth all the extra fees.

The amenity fee of $20 /day does not include access to the pool. The pool is small. Staff was not polite. After leaving we stayed rest of our stay at a Hilton and the service was much better.

We enjoyed our stay for our moms weekend. The room was so cute and clean. We loved going to watch karaoke at Critters as well. I will say we were extremely disappointed that you couldn’t, as a paying guest, use the pool, unless you’d made a reservation way in advance. This was not advertised. Other than that, it was an enjoyable experience.

This property was phenomenal. Staff were all excellent and prompt, always of utmost professionalism. The decor was gorgeous, everything spotless and beautiful, of course, but the staff and management of this property were what stood out. The staff also have the patience of saints, what with the unfortunate effect of something unique in the middle south attracting all manner of pink-clad, rootin-tootin tourists.* *beware—expect to be featured in the background of several peoples’ photos if you spend any amount of time in the lobby.
