Was expecting better than what I got. What was easy was valet. The elevators were slow. Our room door was not working properly. The ac did not work at all, and Summer in the South is sticky! Staff was nice but not too concerned about my issues. The lobby seemed congested and chaotic but was clean. The front was dirty, but the employees greeting were friendly. The lady driving the golf cart around had a friendly outgoing personality and seemed to like her job.

Extremely overpriced parking ($115.00 for 2 days!). There were renovations going on the entire time, so don’t plan on sleeping beyond 8:00 AM, as you’ll be awakened by the sounds of power tools and hammering. For the price, you’d think the hotel would try to make some accommodations for these inconveniences. Won’t be staying here again. No chance

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and very nice. Very convenient location and short walking distance to Broadway district. I did not like having to pay for parking and a hotel fee. The parking structure going to the lobby smelled like trash. The lobby wasn’t the best since it was undergoing remodeling.

The good: The obviously overworked, limited staff went above and beyond to help, and Asher the Dasher was awesome with the golf cart shuttle to downtown. Location is great for downtown attractions. The bad: The building. The parking garage was unavailable due to construction, so the only convenient option was the valet. Unfortunately, despite waking up early and checking out at 6:30am to avoid crowds, it took nearly an hour to retrieve our car. 2 of 4 elevators were out of service, leading to huge crowds and long waits. The staff helped us carry our bags up 4 flights of stairs on check-in, after attempting to wait 15 minutes for an elevator to arrive. Our room didn’t have a number on the door, so we had to figure it out by process of elimination. Lastly, the walls were thin, and the speaker just outside our door playing loud music for the lobby kept us up most of the night. Maybe this will all improve once renovations are finished, but overall it was a frustrating experience that left us more tired when we woke up than when we checked-in after a long day of driving.

I did not care for the destination fee that was being tacked on when you checked out. This was not even explained to us what it was, or how to take advantage of getting credit for purchases if you add them to your room bill. I did however know in advance that there would be this charge from reading the fine print when booking.

Ac didn’t work properly in room. The room was warm! Called for maintenance to repair while out but was left with a note that nothing was wrong and to request a fan. Definitely not worth the money paid to stay at this hotel. I expected nicer accommodation. Plus hotel charges $68 valet parking a night and $18 amenities fee. Would not recommend to stay here.

I did not appreciate having to pay to park. 2n3d stay was $56 to park on hotel property. I totally would understand if I opted for the valet service, but I did not. The parking fee was ridiculous.

In the middle of a huge renovation, which I didn’t know about. I think it would have been nice otherwise and will probably be nice when finished. But the constant hammering and drilling all around the room from 8 to 5 every day was kind of a deal breaker. Parking garage unavailable as well so I had to pay extra for offsite valet.
