Likes: good location, free pastry & coffee, nice spacious room (king suite), and good desk staff. Dislikes: super slow valet service (I found my own parking nearby and the hotel graciously deducted the prior 2 days valet charges); sad, outdated (shark themed) cocktail lounge where we walked out after being ignored and never served by the bartender despite there being only 6 people in the bar including us two.

Parking/unloading an issue but probably not fixable given the location. The laced out homeless person outside the hotel an obvious detraction. The music inside the lobby was so loud I could barely hear the lady at check in. She didn’t explain about the key card and the elevator or if she did we didn’t hear it. Luckily someone on the elevator with us helped out. The room, however was comfortable and beautiful. Overall downtown Nashville has become trashy and the people parking in the middle of the street is ridiculous. It took us 20 minutes by Uber to get to our destination that was .4 miles away.

The property was clean and upbeat. The staff was friendly and made sure our needs were met. The room we chose was tiny. So small we could not pass by each other. Not a huge deal but we were taken back a bit. The shower had two body wash vs a shampoo so that was inconvenient! No coffee maker in room that we could find. Enjoyed the complimentary European breakfast in the cafe off the lobby. The DJ on Sunday brunch was very cool. Valet was very accommodating and timely.

Clean, comfortable and decorated nicely. Great location to access Nissan Stadium or the action on Broadway without having it on your doorstep. Bonus back door access to Printers Alley. Highly recommend!

Really nice decor in lobby and rooms. Beautiful atrium style restaurant and bar with themed drinks and decor (currently shark themed!). Brunch on the weekends gets very busy so make a reservation if you want eat here then. Rooms are quite small but in Nashville you are not going to spend much time in your room anyway. Free waters, champagne to welcome you at check-in and amazing service from everyone we encountered here.

While the location was away from the craziness of Broadway, the lobby and check-in area at the entrance were very chaotic. The complementary coffee and breakfast pastry were nice additions. However, the chaos in the lobby was a real downer. Hotel staff were awesome.
