Very beautiful property with nice small touches that make it stand out from the ordinary. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our Ac wasn’t working and someone came up within minutes . When they couldn’t fix it straight away they moved us to an upgraded room. Would definitely recommend to others

This hotel has great art deco style and it was really fun checking out the details. The lobby is beautiful and historic. There are many details that could use finishing. 1. The valet is very slow. Every valet we’ve used before is right there to take your car, but there was definitely a lot of waiting around for this one to come - both arriving and leaving. Looks like they’re understaffed. 2. The room’s bathroom in our room smelled faintly of urine and there were no hooks to hang stuff in the vanity area of the bathroom. There’s no safe. There’s no waste basket in the vanity, only in the toilet room. Splash marks on the wall next to the sink, so that wasn’t clean. 3. We paid for a studio king and it had a bad view of a giant mechanical unit. Not sure if they are all like that but… 4. The tonic in the rooftop bar was completely flat, so the tonic drinks were not very good. 5. It was a little loud while trying to sleep. 6. The backboard if the bed was bleached white on the left side. 7. The lobby bathroom had feminine products out in the sink and a bottle of febreeze. All that is great to offer, but for the way this hotel is presented online, that looked really tacky. Great to offer feminine products and rooms spray, but for a fancy hotel, it needs to be dressed up. Overall, I’m not sure why this hotel has such good reviews, because it lacks in the details. I’d try a different one next time.

Great location. Walking distance to Broadway and far away from the noise. Rooftop bar very nice… had my coffee up there daily. They supplies a bowl of fruit and flavored water for all the guests. Each floor has a coffee station for tea, espresso, latte etc! So nice
