“Raquel and the team are incredible! They corrected issues and errors expeditiously. The team took the time to acknowledge my friend and I celebrating our milestone birthday with a surprise. I literally called the front desk at any hour for help, thanks Jon, even arranging taxi rides when uber and bolt wouldn’t pick me up. It’s in the center of town. The only thing to know, is it’s located on a street that closes so taxi may not pick you up right in front. But it’s a very short walk to the……

“Clean, easy &smooth check in -check out process, very good breakfast with great choice. Didn’t try any spa or Turkish bath, so can’t rate. Very convenient cheap self parking across the street.”

“Breakfast offerings were excellent but the staff doesn’t clear dirty dishes for the most part. They wait til you leave to clear the dishes. Bed & sheets are comfortable. Garden is a nice walk. Pool & jacuzzis are best used outside of the public hours. Parking lot for overflow is gravel & shoes get dirty if it rained. Not sure why the hotel doesn’t spend the $ to pave it. Swimming pool room was a sauna! Couldn’t even go into the pool because you could barely breathe the air was soooo……

“The property was in a good location that allows access to most things within an easy 5-10minute stroll. The staff was very helpful and the amenities, specifically the gym and spa were prime. Would gladly stay again the next time I should be in the area.”
