“Service, location, friendly accommodating staff made us feel like home. Kanchanjungha views from hotel view point.. outside some rooms, dining hall, outside reception.. everywhere. Gave some suggestions and feed back to the general manager who was very appreciative of the constructive feed back. Passion of the staff to serve customers is unparalleled and trickles down from the leadership of Debarya, who seems to talk about the resort like it's his baby. “The hotel gave us the room we didn't book for. The reservation manager took our money for deposit but returned only half because he spent it. If we would have got the room that we booked for it would have been nice ig. The hotel location is good. ”

“Overall did the job, not exceptional but friendly staff always helpful. A little out of town but incredible views of the Himalayas. Breakfast was not a buffet for some reason, and no fridge/mini bar in room.”
