Bereits bei der Sauberkeit gab es deutliche Mängel: Eine Reinigung fand nicht statt, Müll musste selbst entsorgt werden und sogar Toilettenpapier mussten wir eigenständig organisieren – das ist absolut inakzeptabel. Auch das Essen konnte in keiner Weise überzeugen.
