“The hotel is dated. The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. We had booked an extra bed and was not provided a pillow. The bathroom was not clean. We were meant to stay for two nights and checked out after the first night. The breakfast is substandard. The hotel seems short staffed—when we checked out it was the bellhop that did the processing of the paperwork and not the reception staff and this was around 9am.
According to their ‘proforma invoice’ we are owed a refund of Rs. 5407...

“Very good property located ideally close to the lake but on the quieter side giving the best of both the worlds. Rooms are very cosy, near, clean and satisfactory amenities. Good restaurant with nice and good spread of food. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. I would suggest staying at this property than staying close to main lake area which is quite crowded and noisy. This property has great location. Excellent landscaping with lots of varieties of plants/ flowers make this a great...

“Food was good, upholstery unclean, room was cramped and the photos shown in the pictures dont quite match with what is in the room. Service was good but the hotel upkeep and the furniture in the room was disshevled”

“Not a Hilton property but it was ok, other properties were full so had no choice,
Rooms were ok large and mostly clean.
Bathrooms need some TLC lots of black mould on the edges , water pressure good, hot water was good.
My room had issues with water slipping thru the glass door and soaking the bath mat, surprised no one noticed this, forgot to mention to the front desk.
No mini refrigerator in the room , in my case had to go to the restaurant for ice 2 times a day to keep my medication...

“Hotel is excellent, views are spectacular and staff are wonderful people. They go above and beyond. I've deducted 1 star because the hotel rooms are not wind-tight and have no permanent heating, despite being in a cold location. Hotel owners, please fix this!”
