“The hotel is a bit old, but still nice. They need to change the bath tub, as it is very old and doesn’t look too appealing to go in… Food in the main restaurant is VERY delicious. Main hall (the lobby) has a strange smell. To me it smells like toilet paper, or some kind of old smell, not sure what it is, but it is not so pleasant. Swimming pool is gorgeous. Apart of the above, it is really a beautiful hotel, in the middle of the forest.”

“Room is little old but still fine. Some light bulbs at room are out of order. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is yummy. Call taxi from hotel is cheaper. Good experience and recommend.”

“Minha experiência neste hotel em Puerto Iguazú, na Argentina, foi bastante decepcionante. As fotos divulgadas não condizem com a realidade. Ao chegar, encontramos um hotel visivelmente antigo e mal conservado. O quarto apresentava problemas sérios. O chuveiro não aquecia adequadamente, a descarga do banheiro não funcionava bem e a porta do box estava emperrada. Solicitamos manutenção, mas nada foi resolvido. A limpeza também deixou muito a desejar. Meu filho chegou a passar mal após a limpeza……

“We were blown away with the Treehouse and wanted to try the Birdhouse. We booked both and went back and forth. It was such a unique property and experience. The meals were fantastic and gourmet.
