“This is a wannabe elite resort that fails. The place feels claustrophobic as the hotel rooms surround all of the restaurants and the pool. The beachfront is tiny compared to elite resorts. At the steakhouse, once seated, we were ignored for 30 minutes before I had to flag someone down, even though other tables arrived after us and were served first. The hostess was simply awful. “The property was beautiful and well maintained, with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious at every restaurant we tried and there are so many restaurants to choose from. Only 3 required a reservation. There are several pools to swim in and some even have a live dj throughout the day, so the vibe is amazing! There is also a beautiful sky top bar, pool and restaurant. We will definitely be back again!”

“Everyone from Ambassador John, Javon, Georgianna, TJ, Natalie, Jody, Robin, Paul, Carolann, Cale, and all the rest I couldn’t remember, this resort and it’s staff are the best of the best and made for an incredible stay. Ambassador John showed me around the beaches of the island and I got to meet his great friends, Cale took me to the airport at the end of the trip in his own vehicle when the taxi didn’t show up. Javon went to town on his own dime and bought a diver’s bouy and flag I paid him……
