“Absolutely one of the most memorable trips I’ve had (and I have done hundreds!). Hyatt Centric just ticked off everything for me. The staff were all incredible, helpful, always smiling and attentive. The room had a lot of space, bed was comfortable, AC was spot on, all the amenities were great! They even did a surprise in the room, thank you staff for being sweet. 🥰 I am already looking forward to going back and have already told all my friends to book this place. “The property is old and needs renovation , it’s ideally located for visiting Valletta but not for people who have issues climbing stairs as there are lots outside . For a 5 star property the check in was not good as we were not informed of the free shuttle they provide nor the sauna , steam room costs which we found out later that the indoor pool is free but the spa is run privately and change 15 euros to use the sauna unless your having a spa treatment .”

“Our stay was for 7 nights and we could not have been more impressed. The staff was absolutely amazing, special shout out to Asif, he made the best cocktails and was really personable. We ate at all of the restaurant's for the property and none of them disappointed us. Food was really good and the staff was again amazing. The spa was very nice and reasonably priced.
