“Very small rooms need updating, beds were not comfortable, floors were very dirty. No ice machine, and wifi was horrible. Loved the locations, just the building is very old and hasn't been renovated in a long time.”

“Okay, so where do I start? Walking into the hotel, I thought it looked like a decent place to stay. The staff was super friendly and polite and we really enjoyed the conversation! We checked in, 2 adults and 6 kids, into two separate rooms. I was so disappointed to quickly find out that the front part of the hotel and lobby didn't match the rest of the hotel vibes.
We had a little issue trying to find the rooms at first. We assumed they were on the outer part of the building so after driving……

“Well, it's not too bad. Check in and out Staff could use some personality. The room seemed clean. I took a shower when I got in the room, then again in the morning and black nasty washed off my feet. Should have wore my flip flops. The sink drains real sloooow. The arms of the wood chairs were sticky and nasty too. Breakfast was frozen toaster waffles, bland biscuits & gravy, something that almost looked like sausage links but tasted like salisbury steak from a tv dinner. Juice was dispenser……

“THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT WITH ME TRYING TO PAY FOR THE ROOM. I JUST ASSUMED THAT THEY HAD TAP TO PAY AND COULD USE MY PHONE BUT THEY DID NOT HAVE THAT SO I HAD TO REBOOK THE ROOM PAY ONLINE THEN IT WORKED. THEN THEY UPGRADED ME TO A NICER ROOM FOR THE HASSLE. IT WAS VERY KIND OF THEM. I WILL DEFINATLY STAY THERE AGAIN.”

“Staff was awesome! Met 3 different front desk workers all delightful and helpful. Could use more lighting and attention such as non rusty refrigerators, matching paint when doing touch ups etc. The common areas such as interior walkways to pools and rooms could benefit by daily vacuuming. Air-conditioners were filthy outside of the rooms. The boat parking needs mowing.”
