"All were great except the staff at the entrance didn’t greet when we came but were enthusiastic when they figured we are leaving And opened the car door for tips. That’s a bit pretentious. If they have greeted with same enthusiasm when we arrived and showed same courteous behavior, we would happy tip them. Showing courtesy just to receive tips is not expected from Taj franchise."

"Disappointing experience. When checking in, I had asked if our room was ready as per our specific requirements. I was repeatedly told it was ready only to find that it wasn’t when we got to the room. It took over an hour to get this done. We were not advised there was a wedding taking place the day we arrived.
