"We had a truly amazing time there. We enjoyed the peace and nice mountain view and air while in the hotel. What's better is it's right next to the Luneng town centre where it's easy to find restaurants and activities in the evening. Hotel staff were all great! "

"I feel a bit upset and disappointed of choosing this hotel because the variety of restaurant is limited, only 1, also I paid extra for the mountain view but I only get small little part of mountain view, instead in front of me is all trees not the mountain view. "

9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (5 reviews)
"It is worth it to travel here if only to stay at Jiuzhai Yunshang.
The views are spectacular, the rooms are spacious and warm, and the hospitality, including the meals and experiences (the horseback ride and butter tea were amazing!) are second to none. The staff are thoughtful and inviting, the rooms are architecturally beautiful—combining traditional Tibetan and modern styles—and the food is not only delicious but wholesome and rejuvenating.
Don’t miss out on a unique, memorable stay!"

"We have booked this hotel for Monday, Tuesday and Wed nights (3 nights) one month ago, the hotel policy stated no refund and no cancellation allowed. My flight on Monday was cancelled, so I called hotel to keep my room since refund was not allowed.
But when we checked in on Tuesday, the staff told us booking cancelled / no room reserved / didn’t receive reservation / need to call Expedia staff etc. However, we can book a room with the current rate which is almost double from what we paid...

10/10 Excellent
Hidden gem in the middle of plenty of things to do. The room was perfect and we were close to the restaurant for breakfast. We could easily get a car to go anywhere in the area. The Tibetan influence of the area was very engaging. There is a restaurant near there that serves a yak stew that is the best. The pics are from local places.
The staff was the most curious and helpful people I have encountered.
