"The staff and service was great, special thanks to Dive Master Syafiq, Nau and Amira at front desk for their hospitality. The beach was clean and wavy.
Everything was perfect except that the sea side restaurant Neyalan was not well organised. The food orders were always missed or came in one hour at lunch time. they didn’t clean the table thoroughly before giving it to you. The food quality was bad. Usually people want to eat healthy at resorts but we ended up having too many burgers at Neyalan as choices of food was poor. They do offer a 75ringgit semi buffet but the staff never bother to tell us what was that about as they were overwhelmed. The hotel GM needs to hire more staff for catering. We missed good food after staying here for six days."
