“In dit geweldige hotel 4 nachten verbleven. Ik kan wel zeggen dat dit tot nu het beste hotel is waar ik verbleven ben. De locatie is perfect gelegen. Met 2 super mooie strandjes waar je zo vanaf het strand de prachtige vissen kunt zien, en zelfs mini haaitjes en roggen.
De service en het personeel is zo goed en vriendelijk niets is teveel.
De kamers liggen tegen een helling, maar je hoeft niet te lopen, er rijden golfkarretjes rond die je komen ophalen en wegbrengen op verzoek.

“De lokatie voor het snorkelen is fantastisch, het personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De accomodatie is aan renovatie toe.
Bedden zijn keihard.
Het eten is wel super goed, maar daardoor komen ze ook van andere resorts. Je kan niet reserveren of krijg geen voorrang als gast en daardoor sta je in een rij te wachten.
Voor het goede strand moet je 5 a 10 min lopen, wat goed te doen is en dan krijg je ook echt een mooi strand.
Ze bieden tegen betaling watertaxi aan (geen hoge bedrage).

“Nous avons dormis 6 nuit dans cette hôtel, à la vue de certains avis catastrophiques nous étions inquiets, cependant il en fut tout le contraire.
Chambre rudimentaire mais très agréable, avec un ventilateur largement suffisant, des moustiquaires sur chaque fenêtres, une propreté correct et un personnel très agréable et d’arrangement.
C’est le meilleur rapport qualité prix sur l’île si vous ne cherchez pas un resort.
L’accès avec les valises peut être un peu compliqué, cependant des taxis……

“I really liked Arwana and would stay here again. It’s literally right on the beach. The water is crystal clear and baby reef sharks swim around happily. Perhentian doesn’t have any roads so the hotel can arrange water taxis. We did the Redang island trip and the snorkelling trip, both arranged by Arwana and they were both excellent.
Don’t go expecting a 5 star experience, but this hotel has a rustic charm, the room was nice and clean and the pool is a good size. It’s peaceful and exudes chilled……

“Deze resort was maar 11 jaar oud, maar we zagen wel een verval die niet snel werd aangepakt. De kamers zijn groot en voldoen aan alle comfort. We vonden de mini bar erg mager en werd ook niet elke dag aangevult. Buiten eten was beperkt tenzij je een auto hebt en circa 10-20 km naar het noorden reedt. Eten in het restaurant was goed maar ontbijt was hoofdzakelijk gericht voor de Malay klanten.
Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en dat heeft onze vakantie toch een voldoende opgeleverd.……
