“Need maintenance. No hot water. We made a reservation for the castle and the palazo and they placed us on another place stating that it was better. After our strong claim they agreed to change us. Not a pleasent experience”

“Staff are excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful but there are one or two things that I would expect in a five star hotel namely - no mirror in the bedroom, no heating, the room was very chilly, the safe is far too small and the water wasn’t very hot. Nothing major was wrong but just a few niggles that shouldn’t have to be brought to the staff’s attention.”
