“We have been returning to vallorcine apartments for a few years now. Unfortunately we feel they are not run as well as they were a few years ago. There is no one on reception, the bakery is very low on stock - can’t even get milk there. The pool is not heated for long enough so it’s too cold to stay in for longer than 5-10minutes. The sauna is only open from 4 pm and then crowded with young children trying to get warm after the cold pool! The WiFi is very poor and there was only one English……

“One of the most accessible ski hotel/residences we have ever stayed at. The carpets to the learner slopes are no more than 30 paces from the boot room door. The property has lifts to and from the ski school, the boot room lockers are enormous (plenty of room for helmets, boots, gloves, skis, poles - all heated) The spa facilities are also super accessible from the lifts with robes and slippers in each room.
