“The front desk staff and the manager were extremely friendly and accommodating from check-in to check-out. Our flight got cancelled and we couldn’t make the first night at the hotel (booked for two nights). We booked through expedia and the hotel manager went out of his way to reimburse the first night, although it was non-refundable. The hotel was very understanding and empathetic towards us. We got our money back within 2 days, all thanks to the manager. We would highly recommend this hotel to……
