Kahvaltı, odalar, temizlik ayrıca seyahatimiz doğum günüme denk geldiği için çok güzel bir jest yapmışlar her şey için teşekkür ediyoruz birdaha gidersek yine ilk tercihimiz Mercure Bakü olacak tavsiye ediyorum. Otel çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever eklemeden geçemeyeceğim her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar 🙏”

“Nice location. Walking distance to extra club. Nice owner and staff members. 10mi Tuesday drive to Nizami street. Do charge 20mannat for guest if you bring over night stay. But they said in front of that. No surprise.will stay again”

“The location is in the city center and within the walking distance to most attractions. However, the sound insulation of the room is not good enough and easy to get annoyed by the nosy neighbours.”

“Bed smelled like urine, blankets were not changed for the entire stay, and one of the 2 bathrooms was unusable, it was leaking. We told staff the next morning and he said they will take care of it tomorrow…tomorrow never came!! The only thing nice about the stay was the cleaning staff, they were very friendly and lots of places to go m, restaurants to eat at, but absolutely no parking. We had to pay about $200 mannat. I would never recommend this place. Glad to be out!”

“Staff was overall nice and polite. But the cleanliness was not there. The hallway carpets and room carpets had stains etc. The breakfast buffet hygene was not good. But why i gave two star is because of location, its bad.”

“Really good find. Fantastic finishing. Gorgeous hotel. Check in was well handled the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was terrific and the room was amazing. Such good value for money. My new favourite hotel in Baku”
