“Everything was great overall. The room was clean, and since it’s low season, we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a larger room. The restaurant is excellent, and the breakfast was really good. The only downside was that the water slide was closed, which made the kids quite disappointed. There was also a small issue during check-in. The gentleman at reception came across as unfriendly at first, and the way he spoke to me felt a bit offensive. I didn’t make a big deal of it at the……
