“My recent 2-day,1-night trip abroad Grand Pioneer Cruise with my husband and 2 other couples in Ha Long Bay was spectacular. From the moment we checked in at the waiting lounge, stepped on board to final farewell, every detail was executed with details. The only fly in the ointment was when disembark waiting for car pickup in the lounge, we were asked to move to the other side because the area we sat was reserved for check in customers where there was no sign to indicate that. This left us……

“All aspects of the cruise experience were first class, from the pick up in Hanoi, through check in, on board, incredible staff, amazing experiences and trip back. Could not fault the cruise. Dian was an amazing staff member, so attentive to any needs.”

We booked 2 rooms and paid, but once we arrived we found out the staff had double booked the room so we had no where to stay and they charged us for the room anyway. Would not recommend. Can’t trust. 这间酒店非常令人失望，绝对不推荐。他们一个房间卖出两次，我们搭国际长途过来出差，来之前已经付过钱，但到达后突然被告知没有房间。但钱也不退。 ”

“Everything was professionally done from the welcome center/waiting area, boat that takes you to yacht, luggages waiting at your room. Boat is impressive one year new. Food was excellent, opinion from a Vietnamese ex-pat. Pho was delicious. Staff was very responsive. Two excursions were excellent. Most luxurious boat @ Halong Bay”

“Awesome room and staff. The hardware is pretty new. There's not much shopping or restaurant in that area. But the hotel has a restaurant on its own. Staff speak good English and always smile at you. Wonderful service. ”
