“Lovely decorated Riad in a great location. The rooms look nice in photos but I found them very difficult once inside - nowhere to put anything in the bathroom, really poor lighting for getting ready in the evening, etc. The shower head in our room was terrible - spraying everywhere and so hard it was sharp and painful on my face even at lowest stream. I had to cover it with my hand just to finish my shower. The food at the hotel restaurant is not very good and the view from the rooftop is not as……

“我们是晚上到的，说实话天黑有点不好找，因为它的大门在一个很不起眼的小毛毛道里，且没有任何标识。酒店坐落在一个山坡上，天气好的话可以俯瞰整个城市。酒店陈设布置非常讲究，晚餐和早餐都很好，服务员非常耐心和负责任，很值得推荐的地方。”

“Very old hotel. Advertisment is misleading. Located in a small street with lots of construction. Hotel should be in the 3 stars category. Rooms have a lot of humidity and are very basic in furnishing including Suites.”

“I can confidently say that it was single handedly the staff, Ahmed and Anas that made our stay at the riad - exceptional!!! The rooms need an uplift, but any small shortage in the amenities was compensated by the exceptional attitude of the staff! Excellent location ! Excellent breakfast! The guide that they recommended for the Medina was great as well! I would only recommend that they upgrade the place with some quality amenities (hand soap, shampoo conditioner, extra pillows, brighter……
