“Enjoyed our stay , staff are so nice and helpful Emin in the restaurant was lovely and so attentive ,Lily in the bar was always chatty and getting our drinks. We were there for a week and couldn't get a lounger by the pool , people out at 4am blocking beds , and beds lying all day with towels and not even used. So annoying. Lots of guests unhappy. The life guard at the pontoon was very helpful he always got us a lounger. Only problem there was lots of people smoking and vaping on……
