“Had a perfect week's stay. All the staff were so friendly, helpful, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Breakfast was fantastic - we loved the pancakes, fresh fruit, and eggs. “Not a 5 star!! Don’t be fooled by the name, it’s like a good 3 star, had I of booked a 3 star I would have been impressed, I’m not just a Karen but when I book something I feel it should be deserving of the star rating, bedrooms are defiantly not upto the cleanliness standard, one tiny little shower gel provided, which isn’t replenished, told to put towels on the floor to be changed, came back to find our old dirty towels hung back up, reception don’t answer the phone, had to go down twice and……

“Location: Ideal location, close to shops, restaurants, beach. Hotel: Very nice adults only hotel that offers great service and views. Staff: Great staff who were helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The breakfast staff were a delight. Room: Had a partial sea view room which was great. Clean and quiet. I recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again.”

“Large room with nice view but you can tell it’s an aging building, mattresses and pillows are on their last leg- all super deflated / soggy.
Not worth paying extra for the jacuzzi on the terrace - it’s basically a slightly larger version of a bathtub that doesn’t keep the heat. It takes you an hour to fill up and gets cold pretty quickly- not a proper hottub- disappointing.
Food was mediocre, wilted salad and mostly yellow / fried food at the hot counter. None of the pastries, cakes etc are made……

“Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked
There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! ”
