All staff was great and helpful. Except for a doorman named “Elias” (latin looking tall and big) who was very very rude. He mocked me in front of other guests when I talked to him spanish- my first language. I usually dont do that, but I was very sick and needed some help and had heard him speaking fluently in spanish. He laughed outloud and made jokes with other guests about it.

Pros: Location is very convenient. Lower price comparing with other hotels nearby. Room is large and has microwave, fridge, stove, dishwasher and some kitchen wares. We didn't cook but still felt very convenient with these. Staffs are helpful. Cons: The hotel is out of date, no daily cleaning service
