Cons: Property is old and in need of updating. I was in building 15 and the FLOORS creak so badly it wakes everyone up. No good if you have babies and no good when everyone is tired. All furniture shows wear and staining. The showers don’t drain and are hard to figure out and one shower super tiny. No directions for anything. The microwave/stove unlike anything I’ve seen so I had to get help. Directions would have helped.
Pros: staff is awesome. Location is perfect. I had plenty of heat and lots of natural light. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. They supplied soap lotion hair products, soap for dishwasher,
I would go there again if they updated everything but the floors were so bad we tip toed to be quiet at night and it would crack and creak THAT needs attention.

This is very nice hotel, conveniently located a couple of blocks from George St and the so-called New Town. Rooms are in top condition, clean, my room had a jacuzzi. Very nice taste in decoration. Only two observations: the volume of water in the shower was really low and variable, as well as the temp (in a moment you passed from a trickle of cool water to a normal flow of very hot water. Also, the bed could have been softer.
