The reception clerks cannot speak English very well so that sometimes we cannot communicate clearly. I have spent five nights there, it happened to me that they did them make up room well like didn’t take out the dirty towels and without refill the coffee packs. At the 5th night it even happened to my room that coke/soda bumped in the freezer to make my fruit cannot eat. By the way the gym especially the 2 treadmill cannot work out even though they fixed to recover it run, but also left terrible and uncomfortable workouts experience.
