It was a beautiful location in an exceptionally clean and comfortable house with everything we needed. We had 12 adults and teens and there was plenty of room for all of us. The owners answered all my questions quickly. Not a lot to do but relax and thats what we needed. Our dogs on the other hand needed a place to run. That they did! If they could rate this place Im sure it would be a 10 out 10 also. North Fork River is beautiful. We did some of the Mills. Our daughter and a friend did a float. They said the water was clear and it was a great time. The yard was maintained well. It was perfect for my family to spend time together. The outdoor area was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were just a couple minor things. The house was definitely big enough for the gathering of our 14 family members but, unfortunately, the seating arrangements for that many people was problematic. The dining table only seat 6\. Also, they were working on the shower in the master. It wasn't a problem for us though as they were multiple other bathrooms. Great rural property! The house was very clean and equipped with everything one would need in a beautiful rural location. My kids loved watching movies on the large projector screen. I must caution, though, the provided internet is equivalent to "very bad" dial-up, at best. My AT&T service worked at 4G speed and I was able to hotspot that to the family.
