The location is excellent, just a short walk from Aachen Hbf and a ten minute walk away from the historic

It is very temperamental and I had to try more than 10 times and eventually phone the office. Fortunately someone from the restaurant explained the problem. There’s no elevator, so I had to ...
very pleasant overall, suited our needs, would stay again in future. nothing we didn't like
It is such a great hotel, clean and simple! Walk to Aachen Cathedral. Lots of restaurants around. Love it!
Excellent stay; very nice people at the desk
This is an apartment hotel, so there is no interatcion with anyone except at check in. The apartment was spacious and about what I expected for the price. Room extremely small (shoe box) but clean, staff nice enough. Had to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready and did not have the 2 double beds only 2 single beds
Centrally located. It fit our needs for a short stay. Walking distance to the old town, shopping and Carolus Thermen.
Great hotel for the price. There were three of us - one adult with two children and they put an extra sofa bed in the rion which worked very well, though the sofa bed is probably only big enough for one adult or two v small children. Staff were very helpful and location is good
