There were riots in the city when we arrived …when we got to the hotel we were traumatised and the hotel weren’t helpful at all. We went out later as we had a restaurant booked and no one at reception could tell us if it was ok to go out …when we went out we had to abandon it and came back to the hotel where they had closed heavy steal gates and no one was there to let us in …it was frightening and really badly handled by the hotel . This review is clearly not a reflection of all the staff we met and exceptional circumstances but under pressure the hotel fell way short .
