“Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... “Giudizio senza dubbio positivo, appartamento pulito e fornito di ogni necessità. Da sottolineare la presenza dell'impianto di climatizzazione estivo (e invernale, nel caso) e il posto auto riservato davanti all'appartamento. Assenza di spazi esterni "da vivere" ma, personalmente, non ne farei un dramma... Massima disponibilità e cortesia del proprietario nel rispondere ad ogni esigenza, necessità o semplice richiesta di informazioni. Decisamente consigliato, soprattutto se cercate un turismo non……

“Wer den rustikalen Wohnstil liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Das Areal ist abgelegen, so dass es auch keinen Nachbarn stört, wenn es mal etwas lauter wird. Großzügiges Bauernhaus mit gesamt 4 Küchen. Teilweise müssen sich die Zimmer die Bäder teilen. Wir sind mit 25 Personen angereist, darunter 4 Kinder. Hier konnte man sich auch, wenn man es wollte, gut aus dem Weg gehen. Bei Fragen/Problemen war die Eigentümerin immer sofort vor Ort und bemüht eine Lösung zu finden. Wir haben uns alle sehr……

“wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in dem Haus mit Pool verbracht. Der Pool war ausreichend groß für uns 4, der Garten schön und auch groß mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich auszubreiten und die 3 Tische für die Mahlzeiten zu stellen. Jeden Morgen kam Lino vorbei und hat sich um die Aussenanlagen gekümmert und 2 mal gab es frische Eier von den Hühnern. Das Haus ist zwar Baujahr 1980 aber die Ausstattung war ausreichend und es hat an fast nichts gefehlt, so dass wir einen schönen Urlaub verbrachten”

“Appartamento grande e pulito, è veramente a un passo dal mare, la spiaggia è di sassi, ma una volta entrati in acqua c'è la sabbia, le spiagge di sabbia non sono comunque lontane in auto. Non è difficile trovare parcheggio vicino all'appartamento. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.”

“We hebben genoten van dit prachtig gelegen en goed geoutilleerde huis. De weg omhoog is echter nogal avontuurlijk. Jammer was ook dat de WiFi het niet deed toen wij er waren. Le Marche is een prachtige authentieke niet toeristische streek.”

“It was a pleasure to spent a time at Casciano villa. We have great time with our friends and kids (6x adults, 5x kids: 4-10 years old). Pool area, amazing views, beautiful garden, relaxing atmosphere. Silent and nature- if you like it- this is a place for you:) In my opinion kitchen is well equipped, 3 bathrooms are available with shower and bathtubs, with washing machine, villa is really clean. There are a stone stairs inside (for families with small babies it might be challenging). Property……

“Een ontzettend mooie vakantiewoning met een waanzinnig mooi uitzicht op Gualdo. Het zwembad is zeer groot met zelfs een kleine duikplank. De woning is ook helemaal compleet ingericht en bevat alles wat je nodig hebt. Gail betrekt je goed bij de voorbereidingen en voorziet je regelmatig van informatie en updates. Je moet wel bereid zijn om even in de auto te zitten voor bezienswaardigheden (1 uur). In de omgeving zijn voldoende goede restaurants.”
