“Il check in è stato gestito totalmente online con l'invio dei documenti e dei dati, per il ritiro delle chiavi invece ci siamo dovuti recare all'ufficio che dista circa 30 km dall'appartamento ed abbiamo dovuto conciliare l'orario di apertura dell'ufficio con quelli del viaggio.
