"This property is involved in fraudulent activities. They are taking the money for reservations and when you show up and see this nasty, disgusting place, they tell you that the city of Waco has shut them down and they will cancel your reservation so you can get your refund. Then they proceed to deny your refund. They are scamming people. They are located very close to Baylor University and they are using that to get reservations and taking peoples money. The pictures on the site does not look...

"Everything was very nice and clean from the room to the gym , swimming pool & bar. We enjoyed the hotel very much. But It would be a lovely option if they have a choice of a lower pillow as I was having a hard time throughout the night. "
