“Booed tis room for the three queen beds and indoor pool and hot tub. When we arrived they told us the pool was being serviced!!! big disappointment to my grandsons. Then as the evening went on, we kept discovering bugs in the room (crickets maybe). Seven in all that were visible! We would have liked to pack up and leave but my husband was in a lot of pain from back surgery. W got up early and left...did not use the shower - just left. So disappointing.”

“If you are looking to stay at the Italy Inn, you should know that it is the upstairs of a large convenience store. Not much there in ways of amenities or scenery, but it will do in a pinch. Room was clean and inexpensive. We were staying there for a local bike ride in Italy, Texas. Far from luxury, but good enough to get the job done”

“From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were amazing. Every single staff member we spoke to whether it was the front desk checking in, to a housekeeper in the elevator to the bartender (Garrett), everyone seemed to be in the best mood and genuinely happy to welcome you to the hotel. My husband and I have stayed at other boutique hotels in downtown Waco and this visit to AC Hotel will definitely make us a return customer. It is in a great location to the downtown restaurants……

“Nice hotel, but housekeeping shouldn’t be cleaning right outside of your room at 8:30 in the morning so in other words, there’s no way you’re gonna be able to sleep in.”

“Absolutely disgusting. Stains on the sheets and towels. Floors were wet. Manager seemed shocked when I said I would not stay here and asked for a refund. Do not stay here. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t shut this hovel down.”
