Stayed for one night to collect son from Uni (Bay campus). Convenient location to Bay campus plus easy to get out to Waterfall Country for a hike and the Mumbles for breakfast. Close to waterfront marina for dinner. Room was great and perfect for one night stay. Only gripe was no aircon and it was a warm stuffy night.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very spacious with tea and coffee facilities. The location was close to Swansea Museum. It was not far from the Marina and the National Waterfront Museum as well as Plantasia and a walk away from Wind Street.

"Terrible from start to finish. The building is very tired, dated, and frankly a mess. The staff sometimes try their best to be attentive but struggle to even be polite. The leaks around the property are horrendous, often dripping water directly into your head when walking through a corridor or whatever. ..."
