The breakfast options were wonderful. The place was clean. The rooms were a good size. The pillows were uncomfortable. I wish that there were towel racks in the bathroom to hang up the hand and bath towels.

Was there for a baseball tournament. Very close to fields. Just wish other families had more consideration about the noise and messes their kids make. The knocking on doors after 11pm and racing up and down the halls after long days was a bit much at times. Hotel Was very convenient and we were happy with our stay for the most part.

GREAT BEDS AND PILLOWS!

Great beds and pillows; the same ones that IHG uses at their boutique hotels. This is reason alone to stay at a Holiday Inn Express! Check in was easy and quick, there was tons of hot water for a bath, and my only complaint was that the fan for the AC/Heat did not seem to be connected to the thermostat at all. It was rather loud. Breakfast had many options, however I ate around 9am and my food was lukewarm. Tasty though, in spite of the temperature. All around a win.

This hotel is just tired. From the burgandy walls to the outdated decor, the poorly lit hallways....our bathroom smelled like mildew really bad. I would not recommend. The hotel needs a remodel badly.

The staff was amazing at this Holiday Inn, breakfast staff and front desk representatives were very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, the tissues and toilet paper were extremely low quality, the towels had degraded so that they were falling apart. The room drapes, closet pole, luggage rack were falling apart, rendering them unusable. We would return because of the staff but the room needed attention and $ investment.
