Curtains in the public areas hanging off and cushions from the sofas were all over the floor! The hotel smelt very damp and mouldy as did the room. The room was freezing cold with the windows wing left wide open when we arrived - probably to disguise the mouldy smell! There was no cups for the tea and coffee, no shower gel in the bottle and the shower was just a trickle! The bed smelt horrible and not clean!
