The cottage is both traditional with exposed beams and the thick stone walls you would expect but with modern touches for comfort. "We really really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. Kitchen: The kitchen had everything needed for a self catering stay. We brought all our ingredients with us and they had all the utensils that we needed. Living Space: The Living space was plenty for us, 2x 2 seater sofas for the 2 of us and the games provided was a nice tough, we enjoyed playing them. "The cottage was beautifully furnished, very comfortable, warm and clean. We did not want to leave. The under floor heating gave a lovely warmth, and the games room was an added bonus. One of the loveliest cottages we have ever stayed in, and that was a sentiment from all the guests. Lovely and helpful hosts too. We will definitely return."

"D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...

"Wow, this was so quiet, it was amazing. Literally silence. It was a really great to just stop. There was no TV, no radio, nothing. Literally forced to unwind. It is really well placed for Harlech and even down to Barmouth. But sitting outside in the morning having breakfast was just spectacular.
