Amazing Property, 5 minutes walk from Souq Waqif

The property is not bad, but some people in the reception is not good is not friendly. Even the other thing is good. I had some problem. I told him I’m gonna extend it. They say no we can’t extend it and anyway I told them I’m gonna leave at 2 o’clock. Can you give me permission for that? Just one hour after 1 o’clock? That’s the night I was talking to the person he was so bad he was so rude he make me like so mad so in the morning I column early I told him I have family. I’m gonna leave at 2 o’clock if you can please we have to take my stuff something like that she said no it’s not legal so I told him I was in Azdan Hotel I spoke with them like what I spoke with you guys they said okay there’s no problem. I’m rating the raffles a 4/5 stars only bc I expected for a better breakfast I paid extra for. Also expected the spa to have a more spacious spa. The jacuzzis can accommodate 2/3 people max. Doesn't have a relaxation area. Other than that the service was excellent. Loved the fact they had Dyson hair tools for quicker drying, the room was constantly checked up on and cleaned.
